Waltzing Matilda
In this activity we learn that most countries have a piece of music that means something special to its people. For Australians, it’s a song called ‘Waltzing Matilda’, written in 1895 by song-writer and poet ‘Banjo’ Paterson. We can do vocabulary preparation tasks before reading or listening to this article.
